Fishbourne Portsmouth Ferry reviews

  • "Don’t Use Direct Ferries book directly with Wightlink"

I booked tickets for a Christmas trip with my family, unfortunately in my haste I booked the crossing the wrong way around - I tried to contact Direct Ferries they have no customer contact telephone number and their online chat just sends you to FAQ’s. They never responded to my email asking to change and when I asked to cancel and refund they told me it was a non refundable booking - I could amend the tickets but had to pay another charge to change. Absolutely dreadful company. I rebooked the crossing with Wightlink which I should have done in the first place - everything from then was excellent.
