  • "Bad experience Direct Ferries"

We had booked are camper with the right measurements 6 meters lenght and 3 meter high. We reveived confirmation of the booking by email but there was no information in it about measurements. When we got to the check in for the ferry, they said direct ferries had booked a car with a max size of 1.95 and they did not have room for a big camper. We were put on the waiting list and hoped for the best. It was a very stressfull situation and we are very disapointed in Direct Ferries that they did not booked the right sizes. We were lucky Fjordline eventualy had some room left and we got on board. We will never book with direct ferries again and will book directly at Fjordline.com. The ferry itself was great.
