    An excellent service. Comfortable Neptuno and good facilities. Check in could be improved. Only one person on the Mallorca to Barcelona resulted in a long waiting time!

    good trip from Alcudia to Ciutadella with Balearia. Well in advance, DirectFerries contacted us saying that departure was changed by the operator. Good service. Rough sea but all went good. Comfortable ship. Great trip

    The both ferry we took were in good condition , clean and comfortable.In both travel the ferry was late , and we didn't know that the port of Tanger med was 050km far from the town centre. During the travel children crated messy running evrytime on the deck.

    Although I enjoyed the trip on the ferry it would have been better if the bar had remained open for longer. There was a good variety of food available from the cafeteria. A very pleasant way of travelling and hope to do something similar again.
