"A competent service"
P&O provided a competent service for the Dover/Calais crossing. The range of food available could have been been wider, however.

"Good care and attention"
I just love boarding one of your ferries after a long two day drive from the South of France. I always book my place in the Club Lounge and am greeted by your wonderful staff, who are always attentive to my needs. I don't shop or walk around the vessel, as I prefer to rest, so I can't comment on the facilities available, but I was struck by the calm that prevailed everywhere. I arrived early for my reserved sailing and was offered and earlier one, so I was very pleased to be able to get back to London sooner. Many thanks once again to P&O ferries, whom I have been sailing with since I was seven years old when I crossed every Summer with my family. I am now 70!

Despite coach loads of school children, they were barred from one area of the ferry, which made for a more relaxing trip, as the adults could find a seat instead of them all being taken up by said school children and not as noisy.

"Very happy, no problems"
Despite making the mistake of booking back to front, i.e dover->calais calais->dover rather than the reverse, the staff just immediately swapped the booking. We travelled with an electric wheelchair and the staff made sure we were parked beside a lift each time without any issues. Very happy with the whole experience.

"Max and paddy road trip"
A long time since I've been on a ferry and things have moved on I was well impressed with the standard of the ship and the staff. A little disappointed that certain viewing areas were off limits but that's probably down to H&S which i fully understand. My only disappointment was the school parties were allowed to run wild around the ship which was annoying the other passengers several times your staff had to intervene to stop them annoying other passengers . A tannoy message was sent a couple of times asking for the leaders to stop their groups from running around .one particular area was the soft toy area where they were throwing items around and parents with toddlers couldn't use it. Myself I had just driven nearly 9 hrs and I was using that 1hr 30 to rest as I had another 4 hrs to go this wasnt possible p&o obviously know the schools especially on the 8pm boarder they should let them know that your staff had to leave there own post ie the bar to stop their actions annoying other people . I would add that your staff handled them selves well and emphasize the H&S issues around their actions and not just ploughing ing tell them to be quiet.. well done PO ill be back !!!!
