  • "Using the ferry to and from the Isle of Man"

All staff were very helpful in getting us boarded and disembarking. Staff were happy to assist during the trip on board. Catering was a disappointment personally as my dietary needs were poorly addresses. I am coeliac and there was a limited choice available. I asked for toast and was advised there was no gluten free bread. This can be easily addressed by having sliced bread or rolls in the freezer which can be quickly and easily toasted on demand so there is no wastage. In this way you would be able to supply toast, toasted sandwiched or toasted rolls.
